Elephant Room is an integrated digital agency, specializing in Shopify Plus Global growth.

Founded 8 years ago by 3 University Friends doing an IT degree, we found our niche in supporting growing businesses and helping them to understand and integrate innovative technology into their growth plan (The Elephant in the room).

We have been working with Klaviyo for over 5 years and recently built a team to help service the growing demand of our clients for Email, SMS, and Loyalty Support.

The rest of our business is split across two teams: Performance Marketing (Facebook, Google, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest Ads, and Shopify Plus Web Development, Integrations, and CRO Optimisation

We understand eCommerce and the Shopify ecosystem. We even built our own Shopify app after uncovering a gap in the Gifting experience - Giftnote
